The types of multimedia journalism incorporated into this news blast are a video, with an audio synopsis of the event. Text to cover interviews and reactions of those involved. And a creepy mugshot of the offender that adds to ominous absurdity of the whole event.

I find this article investigative and informing. They link a picture of the perp to the article and have an interview with Uber's chief security officer, the company he worked for, and get an opinion/statement from his employer.  It also lists the victims of his rampage by name and age.

My pitch to the class is titled "Why Hockey is Better for kids than any other Sport"

 I plan to show how youth hockey teaches major life lessons to kids.

Who?
I will be talking to the kids and there parents
What?
I will be interviewing the kids and parents about their experiences. I will also be talking to other coaches and hockey experts. I will also be showing clips of the kids in action in there practices.
When?
I will be interviewing and filming my footage during practices and games.
Where?
The interviews and live footage will be shot at a few different rinks.
Why?
To show how ice hockey is different from any other sport, and how it gives kids life skills for success that they will carry with them the rest of their life.
